The Eastern Massachusetts Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (EMISCA) is an organization of high school swimming and diving coaches from leagues and conferences across eastern Massachusetts, including the Bay State Conference. Each season, EMISCA recognizes outstanding swimmers, coaches, officials, and other members of the community through a handful of awards.
